Required FAQs
- Q: Why not source winter tomato from Uzbek greenhouses? A: Uzbek winter greenhouse tomato is a growing sector but does not yet meet full retail and processing winter demand. Egyptian winter greenhouse fills the Dec–Apr import bridge.

- Q: What reefer setpoint for fresh tomato? A: +8 to +12 °C. Do not go below +7 °C — chilling injury risk.
